At Sole To Soul Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
